لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيّٗا وَيَحِقَّ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ

so that he may warn those who are truly alive[1] and establish the argument against the disbelievers.
