أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَعۡلَمُ ٱللَّهُ مَا فِي قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَأَعۡرِضۡ عَنۡهُمۡ وَعِظۡهُمۡ وَقُل لَّهُمۡ فِيٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ قَوۡلَۢا بَلِيغٗا
Rowwad Translation Center
They are those whom Allah knows what is in their hearts; so turn away from them[1], admonish them, and speak to them in a far-reaching effective way.

[1] That is, do not punish them for their insincerity, so long as they do not openly display their disbelief.
